1. Refund/Exchange does not apply to bank-financed systems and all accessories.
  2. Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
  3. Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange/Refund.
  4. Refund for items purchased by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.
  5. Any product not functioning as described will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorised service centre technician.
  6. The process can take up to 14 business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
  7. Products will only be exchanged or refunded based on manufacturer’s authorised service centre’s investigation report and approval.
  8. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or return/refund will not be applicable.
  9. Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories.
  10. Cut cable/wire are not refundable.
  11. Product Management will act as per the above policies and Product Managers decision will be treated as a final decision.
